Runs one size smaller and too long

According to the size chart, it runs one size smaller. I order 25 for mom jeans and 721 which are true to size. In addition, the length 26 does not count the ruffle, so it covers my ankles for my height of 5feet 5in.
No, I do not recommend this product.
