It is a cute and well made skirt, but I am short and somewhat curvy and... well you know the rest. You can probably size down. I usually wear an 8 skirt. I purchased a small and it fit fine, except the amount of fabric just added to my curves in an unflattering way. Thankfully there is a close Macy's and I know I can return it today. It seems it would look best on a thin and/or tall person. The shade of blue and the size of the pattern is a bit reminiscent of Dorothy so that might not go over well with a few. But, it can be super cute on the right person.
