I actually love these. They have a athletic field, but look like nice going out shorts. My husband wears these on the golf course they’re comfortable and they are holding up very well. The material is very breathable like an athletic short, but the style of a dress or short.

The material is relaxed enough to move around comfortably, but still tailored enough to look sharp. You can certainly dress these up or stay casual. Lightweight and moisture-wicking for the summer. Great fit and very durable! The front and back pockets are roomy enough without being bulky. The color hasn’t faded either after a few washes. Two thumbs up!

These are lightweight polyester ‘tech’ material shorts. Wrinkles were generally non existent, but also easy to remove with an iron press. The stitching and fabric quality is top notch. You can tell these were made with care. As such, I would expect these to last through extended use and abuse. The right side pockets on both the front and back have zipper pockets for added security of your valuables during active activities. The front right pocket offers a secret zipper pocket within the open pocket. The pants maintain UPF 50+ sun protection and wicked away most water. However, if they got wet they quickly dried. Fit was generally accurate and in line with other Levi’s. I got the 34in waist. Compared to other brands it was a little tighter, but still manageable. The pants themselves have some stretch and give allowing for active movement. I would recommend these for someone looking for a classy short that also needs to be used for active wear. They are a good alternative to golf shorts I suppose

Influenster sent me the Levi Chino Tech Shorts to test, and they’re surprisingly versatile. They’ve got a dressy look but with a nice stretch that makes them super comfortable. I’ve worn them casually with a tee and also dressed them up with a button-down—worked great both ways.

Overall, these shorts fit pretty well and seem to be good quality. Stitching is good quality, not heavy material either. Weight is good. My only issue is that they run a little small. I ordered a size 33, which is what i usually wear, but they felt tighter than expected around the waist. They're still wearable and look good, but if you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, you may want to consider sizing up.

These shorts are high quality and will quickly become a staple in my boyfriend’s wardrobe in the summer months. The fabric feels good and is durable. I only took off one star because the waist band is a bit snug, but this might just be a sizing issue.

These are really nice shorts, my husband loves how they make him look a serious dad in these. The texture of the fabric is not the best, so he doesn’t like to be in them for long. However he says they’re pretty breathable, and that he feels like he could run around in them without them breaking or getting wrecked. They’re great for just about any occasion, they look fancy when they need to if you can consider shorts fancy, and normal when they need to look normal. Overall, the fabric texture is the only issue.

Although the quick-drying fabric and SPF coverage are a plus, my husband thinks that the fabric isn't as soft and comfortable as it would be otherwise, so I suppose you could say that there are some pluses and some minuses as far as the fabric is concerned. Levi’s chino tech shorts are a nice and almost formal take on summer shorts. They are made of a black fabric that’s slightly stretchy and is reminiscent of dress pants. The shorts have big pockets, including a fully zippered inside pocket on the right hand side. I ended up getting one a bit larger than I usually wear and it fit my waist nicely, so I would recommend going larger if you’re on the fence sizing. I did find the bottom of the shorts to be a bit narrower than I prefer, and the fabric seems to show stains more than other shorts I wear. But overall these are a stylish and functional shorts option.

These are good looking shorts. Not too short or too long, just at the proper length. They appear comfortable. Material is nice, not too heavy. Our only problem is we got a size 32 my son is a 31 waist and the belt didn’t help, he will have to set them aside until he fills them out a bit better, but they’re a good looking pair of shorts.
