About this Style
The Levi’s® Vintage Clothing Spring/Summer 2020 collection is a tribute to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art’s 1975 soapbox derby, and the artists who raced it. With bright pops of color and an airy, laid-back feel, each vintage reproduction celebrates the birth of SFMOMA and the Bay Area artists of 1975.
This reproduction of a pair of Levi’s® 1970s cords is made from narrow 14 wale cord in a classic slim, straight fit. It's one of the rare styles without our signature Arcuate Stitching Design® on the back pockets.

Really feels like these came from the 70's

Looks like this is the last chance to pick up a pair before their gone, I wouldn't miss out. I wasn't sure about the color at first but I find it works with many outfits and a great summer look. The cut through the thigh is similar to 501; with the calf having very slight flare, the waist sits slightly higher as well, really driving the authentic vintage feel. I usually wear a 28 waist 501, but the "vintage" line runs smaller sizes so I went up one size, perfect fit. The inseam is also shorter than most jeans, at about 28.5 length. The style is meant to be shorter but if you find the typical 30 length inseam to be too long these will feel much better.
I had seen these pants on the website for a few months, I did not buy them right away because of the high price tag, however I can say the quality is well worth it. Now that they are on sale I couldn't recommend these more, especially to those looking for very authentic reproductions of vintage clothing.
