Never received the product, Levi’s sent the wrong jeans (Anchor relaxed) and upon receipt the 505s were sold out. Emailed customer service a week ago and have heard nothing. Womp womp.

This review isn’t for the jeans so much as the service. I would’ve liked to have reviewed these jeans, that was impossible since they could never be delivered. I spent time looking and trying to decide for a couple of days on getting these jeans. I pulled the trigger and was excited to get the order. Levi’s uses Ontrac for shipping, and in the past, I’ve had no problem with them. Your order was ready to deliver quickly, but they said there was an exception because there is something wrong with my address. I get anywhere from one to five packages a day so I know that there is no problem elsewhere. Twice I edited my order delivery giving my address an exact description on where the package goes. It was never attempted, but I kept getting exception notices every day. Spending time with Levi’s customer service is useless if you’re expecting any help at all. I tried several times. Eventually, I had to contact Levi’s yet again when the package was returned so I could re-order as they suggested. At that time, I was told they were out of stock. I asked why the package that was returned couldn’t be re-sent to me, to which representative insisted that was impossible, but gave no explanation as to why. Don’t waste your time.
