I'm not sure if they're too short but my daughter who's 4 going 5 October, she's a xs in girls clothing and these sz4 were short and way too low below her panty, so my 3.5 yr can fit in them but they alil long on her. they'recute but run small I think for my 4 year old in a sz4.
No, I do not recommend this product.
