Decent accessory. Bought it on special so i can have a blue cap for fit variations and gets the job done. Nothing to write home about.

This hat size supposed to fit all, but is smaller than other hats. I noticed Levi hats tend to run small.

The correct items never arrived, instead they sent other items that were not ordered. I returned the items to one of the stores and they only gave me a gift card with the amount of what the items I had returned were worth, which was less than the cost of the items I had initially ordered. At the store they told me that I had to call customer service to have the original items sent to me. I called CS as instructed and they could not help me and told me that they would be doing an investigation into the matter, after I gave them all the information (purchase order, store where I returned the items that were sent to me by mistake, gift car number they measured, copy of the return invoice, etc.). I asked to speak to a manager and they told me that they were not available due to call volume and that they would call me back in three days at the most. Do you think this is any way to treat a customer? At the moment, all I want is for you to solve my problem and never compare with you. I am still waiting to hear from you.

Unfortunately, this cap article was cancelled on me twice. They do not have inventory control of the products and they charge for the items and they are not in stock.

One size doesn’t fit all, I have a normal size adult head and the cap fits like a youth size.
