I purposely wanted them to look slouchy so went up 3 sizes (30 to 33) and I think they looked exactly as I wanted, they are vintage looking and plain awesome!

I'm a true size 6/28 and these fit true to size. I love that they're not too short and the color si great.

I weigh 55kg and am 165cm tall with an athletic body shape. I am usually a size 26 in stretchier levis, but since the 501s are a sturdier less stretch denim, I buy them in a size 27. The shorts fit perfectly in the thighs with just a little bit of extra room in the waist that can be easily solved with a belt if it proves to be an issue (but I don’t think it will be, a 26 may be too small). They are not too short, my butt is not hanging out which is nice! I think I’ll get a lot of use out of these.
