    I bought this last year. I love that it's reversible. and it's super warm. Very puffy but cute. I am 5'1 and weigh 115 pounds and got a small. I wish I had gotten an XS. The pockets are deep enough to keep my hands warm too.

I bought a small but had to return and get an extra small instead. Customer service is outstanding, very helpful with any issue you may have! Very satisfied!

    Returned, strange shape

    I wanted to love this puffer jacket so much. It’s so warm and it looks so cool. But unfortunately when I got it it looked like i was wearing one of those blow up sumo suits haha. Not sure if it’s because I have a short torso so the loose baggy look just bunched up and made me look round but it just sits so weirdly on the waist with the elastic then the volume of the down jacket makes you look very round on top. I love an oversized jacket but sadly it was just too out of proportion for me
