I chose these jeans for the style, high-waisted with room and a slim fit at the ankle. I love the pleats as they give the jeans a more "elevated" look. I wear these with a crisp white blouse, nice shoes, blazers, etc. They are perfect for a polished work look & they're so comfortable. They are true to size.

I loved the look of these, so I bought them knowing that I would have to take them in at the waste. I'm quite curvy - my waste measurement is a 31 and my hips max out at about 43 inches. I went ahead and bought the 32 and took the waist in about 2.5 inches. After taking them in, they fit really well, however, the pleats do not lay flat if there is the slightest pressure against them; they flare out like little flaps. I stitched them down to the body of the jean. So in summary, you may have to do some stitching to make these look like the model photos if you're the slightest bit curvy. I got them on sale, so it was worth it, but at full price, that would be a little crazy. I really, really wish that Levi's would release a curvy line. It's not worth it for me to take in every pair of jeans I purchase from here, so I probably won't in the future.

An hour glass will look best in this. It sits just above hips; it’s not high waisted. The pleats are great. The thighs are full and wide. My thighs are too small. It fit in length and waist but the rest of it was not meant for my body type. I loved the idea and I was hoping it would look like the model on me but there was no way I could’ve made it work.
