Just like my old pair!

My favorite pair of jeans, faded black 505's all cotton made in Canada -- which I think makes them at least 25 years old -- were wearing out despite my careful care. I feared for sure something about the pattern or fit would have changed with time. But joy -- the new 505's seem to fit just the same! If these last remotely as long as the old pair, they'll be worth their weight in, well not gold, but maybe silver? Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a classic fitting all cotton jean. Bonus -- though they are not "boot fit", they work and look great over cowboy boots. Timeless.

Shrink to fit is not so great as it was in times past. Also lighter fabrics with a little stretch. Love them!

Solid Work Jeans

I work loading trailers for UPS. Practically an all steel environment. VERY unforgiving on clothes. I wanted to save a little money and bought cheap jeans. Constant rips and tears. They only lasted a few months. This is 2026. I'm still working in the 505's I bought back in 2024. Not going to buy any other brand.
