Bought this for a Father’s Day gift. Still waiting 😁

I had a very disappointing experience. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. When I contacted customer support, instead of providing any actual proof of delivery (such as a signature, delivery photo, or GPS confirmation), they repeatedly referred to their internal policies and refused to take responsibility. What makes this worse is that the shipping address was accepted and the order was processed without any issue. However, once the package went missing, this was used as a reason to deny both a refund and a replacement. From a customer’s perspective, this is unacceptable. If a company cannot confirm that a package was successfully delivered, then it should not simply deny responsibility. Overall, this experience shows a lack of accountability and support when something goes wrong. I would strongly reconsider ordering again.
