The 559 Levi jeans style sits higher in the back which is more appropriate for the mature male figure. The slight bit of stretch makes them more comfortable. The straight leg eliminates bagginess yet allows plenty of room to put a foot through the opening.

I had ordered twice from a different place. Both times they changed my ordered size. They told me that they could only replace them with the same size that they changed my order to so that they could push it through. I cannot wear 4" too long. Was very happy with Kohl's.
