About this Style

The preferred style of early ’70s working-class rockers, these 1970s 517™ Bootcut jeans have an everyman fit that’s post-hippie, yet pre-punk. It’s an in-between moment pulsing with culture-shifting energy—raw, street smart and restless.

Our stitch-for-stitch reproduction was crafted from 12oz. pre-shrunk white oak denim. This piece is limited edition: Only 800 garments were made.

Best pair of jeans I’ve ever owned! The fit is cool and relaxed, and gives that little spice of style that your other everyday jeans do not. I bought them 2 years ago or so and no jean even compares, basically use them all the time. I need them in every color!

Objectively, perhaps these jeans deserve 5 stars for build quality. They’re excellent in that regard. Wouldn’t want them to be stitched or constructed any other way. However, they were too tight for me. If they made these in a 38x30 I’d absolutely want a pair or two. So, unfortunately I knock a star due to lack of sizes available. Please consider making these in more sizes Levi's! Would be happy to try again.

These jeans fit well. I’ve bought several pairs over the past year or so This week one pair split apart where a rear pocket was sew on. I don’t I’ll replace them with style!
