Read the reviews and ordered a size up (from a 27 to a 28). They fit perfectly! I have long legs, so, it's so nice to find a pair of shorts that aren't super short but also aren't awkwardly long. For a mid-rise they come up pretty high, pretty much to my belly button, which I like a lot! They're very flattering. I have thinner legs, but, I can see how these might be a bit tight around the thigh if you have a curvier figure.

I would definitely advise going atleast a size up if you have bigger legs my waist is a27 and my hips are a 38in and I got a 28 and it fits great not too tight and length is perfect

I actually get a lot of compliments on these shorts. I'm long so the short shorts are wayyyy too short on me, but these are just right and fit great. Im on my second pair and will be buying a third.

I purchased these in a size up than I would wear in jeans. They matched me to a size 28 because I wear a 6 in American eagle. I couldn’t even get them past my butt or thighs and I couldn’t even button them up. Remind you I am athletic and am a decent size for being so. This sizing is just ridiculous. They compared my American eagle size to what size they think I’d be for Levi’s shorts and they were way off. I am disappointed. (I have dropped pics below for American eagle and Levi’s)

I really love these, I wish they fit better, I did not have an issue with the legs like others but the waistline was weird, there was a big gap in the back but the butt area fit fine. I own a lot of Levi’s and have never had this for issue. Tight on the legs/butt, loose on waistline.
