I bought these jeans in my usual Levi’s size (33 waist, 6 ft even, 190 lbs, age 36) and they fit great! More comfortable than expected; usually it takes me a few months of wearing non-stretch 501s to get them to this texture. I’ll also say that these don’t seem to wear in exactly the same way, not sure if that’s a positive or negative but the areas that typically crinkle and fade, like at the hip joints and the backs of the knees feel softer, not as hard-edged as the same areas on a pair of 501s. Oh yeah, the color is great and I really appreciate that there’s none of that faux distressing on these.

I've been wearing only 501s for years, but I'm glad I took a chance on these bc the recent 501 cuts have not been working for me. For me they look better than in the product photos. I vary in Levi's sizes from 28-30 waist and these fit me at 29 with the waistband sitting exactly at my hips and roomy but not too baggy in the butt, thighs, calves.

I picked these out kind of on a lark, hoping that the "cropped" jeans on an average or above-average height male might actually just be the *right* length for someone like me. (I'm 5'4" and have an inseam of ~27 inches, in other words about two inches less than almost any clothing brand offers.) That gamble paid off because these are about as ideal-lengthed pants as I've ever been able to find. I will say that the wash/pattern on the jeans is not my favorite ever. In person/up close, I think it seems a bit lighter than I really expected. I anticipated a little bit more of a very light gray appearance, but these are pretty clearly mostly white.
