Poor Delivery Service

I’m not sure if this is in reference to the pair of jeans that never arrived, or the pair I ordered four days ago, to replace the missing pair. When, or if they arrive, I am sure I will enjoy them, as I do all my other Levi’s jeans. But I have to give a poor rating for your delivery system. Maybe if you went with FedEx or UPS, instead of the poorly run On-Track system, I’d feel more confident about receiving my jeans.
