Comfy for Curves (w/No Chafing)!

I have been on the hunt for jean shorts for the past year and have FINALLY found a pair that fit my curves (not squeeze the life out of me), larger legs and butt with a smaller waist, and that are long enough where I'm not chafing (longer inseam). To be fair, I have not worn these out of the house, so will update my review if this changes (i.e. chafing happens).
I'm a 27.5" waist, but ordered a 28" -- I'm happy to have some extra room in the waist, but it still fits snuggly everywhere else. It also has more stretch than I expected based on the other reviews.

I’m 5’9” 200lbs. I wanted a pair of high waisted shorts that weren’t super short and didn’t have a gap in the waist. These are truly perfect. I want more in different washes. They are very comfortable, I bought them in a 31 thinking they’d be too small and they fit perfectly.

I love how these looked! They are tight but the buttons lay very flattering. Usually I’m a 29 but I’ve just had a baby so I sized up to a 30, which fit great in my Abercrombie shorts but these ones are a really tight on the first wear.

Thank goodness God gave us hips...and thank goodness Levi's gave us the 501 Curve Women's Shorts! I love the way these shorts flatter my figure. They are roomy enough in the hips and cinched enough at the waist to make moving around easy. I highly recommend these shorts to all of my curvy sisters out there.

Great shorts for curvy girls!

These are a great short for curvy girls. I don’t have any gapping in the waist and the leg holes are big enough without cutting off my thighs. The pockets are large but do not stick out the bottom. The material is high quality and has some structure but still has stretch and softness to it.

These are super cute and perfect for summer and concerts! The button fly gives is a nostalgic and vintage feel. The curvy fit allows me to still look cute and feel in style but still have coverage where a lot of styles lack. They are comfortable, high waisted, and durable material. I feel you can dress these up or down and can be very versitile.

I absolutely love these Levi 501 Curve Women's Shorts. They fit so good and are made very well. I love how thick the material is. I can tell these shorts will last awhile. I'm 5'10, 190lbs and got a size 33. They fit perfectly. I always have a hard time finding jean shorts that are long enough. These are the perfect length front and back. They fit great around the waist, hips and tights. I also like how there is no gap in the back. They don't have much stretch to them, so I would recommend sizing up. They're so comfortable to wear and are definitely going to be my new favorite shorts. They are on the pricey side but well worth it. I highly recommend.

i could never wear the original 501 shorts because they’d be too tight on my hips, thighs, and butt, and still leave a waist gap. these fit my waist perfect and have adequate room in the hip, butt, and thighs. pleaseeee keep making these in more colors/washes !!!!

I’m in love with these shorts! I’ve always loved my Levi jeans but never tried their shorts until now. These are so comfortable! I love the loose fit around the legs and the flattering waist. They are just the right length for me, not too short and not too long. They’re easy to button and the waist does have some stretch to it which is great because it means they’re still comfortable when I sit down. The shorts feel very well made and I love the raw hem and the large pockets. This color is a very pretty cross between tan and grey. Super cute! My only complaint is that Levi’s run a couple sizes smaller than other brands, but once you figure out your size, the rest of the brand is pretty predictable!
