I love this t-shirt from Levi’s. I think it’s a beautiful shade of pink and feels so soft. Made of good quality, non see through material, and double stitching to prevent unraveling. The emblem on the chest is a nice checker board flag graphic. I think the sizing is true to size, the small size fits well with a relaxed fit.

My problem is not with the item it is with Levis customer service/policies. This was a final sale item but Levis sent size Small instead of the XL that I ordered. No customer service phone # unless you research. I dealt first with the chat line. They say that I can't exchange a final sale (because they need proof that I received wrong size), i.e. photo. I then called 800 # which I had to look on website for. Same answer. They say they need proof. This is no way to treat customers. They can see that I ordered from looking at my account. Why would I be calling if I didn't have a problem? I'm about to call Levis Corporate. I'm DONE. After reviewing this review of mine, I seriously doubt Levis will show it.
