Not happy with customer service

Ordered this item in 2 sizes to see what fit better. Tried initiating the return for the size that didn’t work on the 30th day, and it would not let me. Called customer service and they were “unable to assist me with allowing the return”
Now stuck with 2 coats, and he thought offering me a coupon code for my next order would do. Will not be giving Levi’s my business again, so no thank you on the coupon.
Do better, Levi’s.
