90 sherpa jacket.

I ordered the wrong type of jeans jacket so that’s on me. 90 sherpa jacket is beautiful but it’s just too wide for me. I like the original one much better. The quality is also great.

look at the shoulders my cuffs cover my hands. way to big. If your a woman wants to look like a man i guess this is a jacket for you not for me.

Not accurate

Much darker wash that pictured. Definitely too large to be a medium. I feel like they gave me the men’s version. Waste of my time considering I planned to wear it this weekend.

Rude customer service and never received item

If I could give zero stars I would. And this is due to multiple factors. Never received the jacket and the incredibly rude and unprofessional customer service. It took three phone calls for a representative to actually do their job; which included trying to see why why my package had been sitting in California for a week, was honest as to why he was unsure I continued to receive multiple “package arriving dates,” and offered me a full refund.
The other two representatives were flat out rude, especially when I asked to speak to a supervisor. They literally told me, “no.” This flabbergasted me. Especially from a reputable company such as this. I will say, I will NEVER order from or shop at this company again.
Like I said, this company does not deserve any stars, unfortunately that is not an option.

Levi’s cheating customers

I bought this on Black Friday for $54. On Monday, Levi’s emailed and said the product couldn’t be shipped and refunded me. It is still on the website, in the size ordered, but now for $108. They offered a 20% coupon. Cheap move, Levi’s. Make it right. 😡

Unimaginably unflattering. Just a huge box, sleeves go down past arms, gives the appearance of a giant square and adds obscene bulk.

oversized and not cute

I was wanting to love this jacket. I need a new denim jacket and this one has the potential to be my new denim staple. It arrived and is huge in the wrong places. The arms are too big and it makes you look like you borrowed a much larger persons jacket. I will definitely be returning it. Wish I could upload a picture for reference. I’m usually between a small and medium and ordered small.
