Please add waist snap button option to close the gap like the cinch jeans or an option to tighten with a buckle in the bacl.

I ordered a size down based on reviews, and they were still overall too large. I could shrink to fit, but because of the way I'm shaped, there was a tiny bit of extra room at the front waist, and an absolute ton at the back waist. I don't think it would have worked out, so I returned. Overall, the quality was great, they just didn't work for my shape.

I was really excited to try these and got them in 3 sizes. In the end, none of them worked for me. My body is fairly normally proportioned and I found the rise a smidge short. If you were sizing up they'd sit a bit lower and it would not be an issue, but for the larger sizes i just found them to look like I was wearing pants that were too big, not pants that had a "vintage" and comfortable look. Like the 90's, I found there to be a slight curve on the hips (and I do have some hips) that made them look a bit wide in an unflattering place, although in this style it was much less so than in the 90's style. The actual denim quality is high, but the button fly feels cheap and they are VERY hard to do up. I have tons of button fly jeans, but the issue with these are that the actual buttons sit too close to the body to be able to use without needing to go in behind the fabric awkwardly to get enough leverage to force them through the button holes. Also, the buttons are very thin. If I had any dexterity issues these pants would be a hard no just for that reason. Even if these fit perfectly, the awkward fly situation would give me pause to purchasing. Hopefully the design team reviews these for feedback, as I'm sure I'm not the only one who has this issue.

These definently run big, but I wasn't prepared for how big. I typically wear a 29 and had to order a 26, I may even need to go smaller,... I wish they were sold in store, as its annoying to have to buy alll these jeans to try them on then return...

These are GREAT, like the crispy ones I remember from my youth. The sizing reviews are off. I sized UP for a looser fit, and they were still far too small for me to keep. I recognize other jeans from other sellers may have vanity sizing, but these were VERY small. They look like good quality, and if they are on sale, I will likely purchase and try other sizes to ensure a good fit. I recommend ordering a range of sizes and keeping the one(s) which fit your body. Also, Levi's: could you please keep longer hem-lines in stock? I am 5'10", 168 and ordered 32/32 (which should have been size 12-ish).

Long time user, only one supplier :) I have a pair of 501’s from 25 years ago that still have better seams than these 501 Selvege jeans- noticed on the second day of wearing them as I was folding them for the evening. Too late to return them.

Beautiful quality, but the sizing is all over! I ordered these with two other pairs of Levi's women's jeans--admittedly different styles, but all high-rise waists in a 28. Where the other two fit or were a bit loose, I couldn't even button these, and they were surprisingly tight through the thighs and hips. I'm 5'11", 155lbs, with a slim build (though definitely do have glutes)--usually pants fit or are loose in the thigh, or gap at the waist when they fit at the hip. Love the length and quality, but would love better clarity in sizing.

Expect super rigid denim. That’s the whole Japanese selvedge vibe. But, wow, order up. Normally a 29. Couldn’t even get the button buttoned—I’m talking a 3-4” gap! On an empty stomach! So go up at least 1 size if not 2.

I was so looking forward to these as they seemed everything i am looking for to find for a perfect pair of jeans. Unfortunately they are huge, especially around the hips and thighs. These jeans are made for pear shaped bodies, if you don't have a big bum and wide hips, they will not fit you. I tried 2 different sizes but they are both huge on my hips and sag on the bum. As the denim is stiff they don't 'hug' your legs so it looked i was wearing my husband's jeans, too big everywhere even though the waist was fine.

The wash color and quality are great. The fit is slightly "off" for my build. They fit great in the waist but the hips have a tad more material than need be so it looks like I have flaps on the sides then it tapers at the thigh and are straight to the cuff.

I am a huge Levi’s fan. The style and wash of these jeans are beautiful. However, they are not wearable because they are stiff as a cardboard. I’m sure they break in and are durable, but I don’t have that type of patience. Very disappointing.

These jeans are not a good fit for me. I’m thin and they are just way too baggy. Also very stiff. I wish they would have worked but no go. I think it would take several wearing so and washing to make them somewhat soft. Like yrs.
