Great fit and denim weight

I bought the original 501 jeans no stretch and they have a great shape and weight. Definitely needs breaking in to be worn more comfortably, but it doesn’t take too long.

The quality of the fabric and design is just what you expect from this classic. I typically wear a size 27 and Levi’s but went up to 28 for extra room. I was perfectly happy with the fit before washing, but after washing in warm water and air drying the waist shrunk about an inch and the length also! I had debated on the shrink to fit, but opted for these to assure a predictable fit. I was not expecting the shrinkage. I’ve worn them once since washing and was hoping they’d stretch out to original fit, but they didn’t..
