Levi’s® Vintage Clothing reproduces the fits, fabrics and details of bygone eras. Our source material is our own archive, and our inspiration is the hardworking men and women that the Levi’s® Brand has equipped for the last 150 years. Through our seasonal collections, iconic reissues and special editions, we relive our treasured history and offer timeless products to discerning connoisseurs that are as obsessed with it as we are.
In 1934, we introduced the first five-pocket jean especially built for women: the 701®. Made famous by the premiere American fashion magazine of its time, the 701® had a distinctly high-waisted, more curved fit. Today, we reproduced these glossy magazine-approved 1950s Women's 701® jeans stitch-for-stitch using premium selvedge denim.
- A recreation of the first ever five-pocket jean designed and made especially for women

- This selvedge denim was woven on a traditional shuttle loom, which gives these jeans a tighter weave for extra durability and creates the crisp, finished edge that sets them apart from the rest.

I love them! I love how they fit around my waist and how they don't get loose over time. Its nice and snug around my waist. They're the perfect fit around my waist and hips. I love them!!I the length and style of the length compliments me really well. I love love love them! They are perfect for work too!

Best ever - very flattering and comfortable

Best pair of jeans I have ever owned. Lightweight denim, hugs my waist for an emphasis on curves, fashion forward straight legs, and selvedge on the turned up cuff looks great. I own three pairs. Two in size 25 and one in size 26 for winter when I wear long johns for warmth. I am 5’3’ and 100 lbs.

OBSESSED with these jeans!

They are so freaking cute and make your legs look like a million miles long. I tend to have a more boyish body type and these make me look like I have a waist. Just super duper flattering, and love the fabric. Worth every penny.

Bought both black and blue. They're great, hidden rivet detail, talon zippers. Quality of the blue seem just a little nicer. Wish the black were the same weight of denim as the blue (they're lighter, softer). Selvedge on black not obvious due to overdye. I could have sized down (both) for a tighter fit but all levis seem to be running big these days.

Great pair of jeans

I bought both in black and dark denim. I usually wear a 25 and they fit perfect around the waist, and a little tight around thighs and hip(I'm a pear-shape). Hopefully it breaks in as I wear it. Overall, my favorite pairs of jeans from Levis and they make your legs look super long!!

Size up for this timeless pair

Stunning pair, super flattering, and feels very quality. I wear a lot of boutique brand, high-end selvedge denim and these feel comparable. Fortunately I was able to try on for size when I purchased them in Paris - I’m usually a 26/27 and the 29 fits like a glove, so be prepared to size up 1-2 over your normal! Timeless denim worth the investment.

Nice quality but too wide in the leg and too long.

These are well made, strong jeans, and I liked the colour, but they were much too voluminous in the leg for me. They look a lot narrower in the photographs. They were also very long, given that I bought my normal leg length. I would have had to shorten them. I wanted to like them enough to keep, but they had to go back.

As someone who’s worn Levi’s for over 50 years, ugh. These look like a block of denim cut up the middle and sewn together with zero thought to shape at all.

Not the best....

I bought these about a month ago, and they fit pretty good to be honest, aside from the length which looked like it was a 34. After wearing these for a couple of days the fit started to warp and expand in some areas, and the black dye got on my skin and shoes.
