These can be dressed up (dressy button cardigan or sweater with loafers or boots) as well as casual (T-shirt short or long sleeve with tennis shoes) versatile jeans. I ordered the 26 but had to exchange for a 25. I am 5'5 113, the 25 fits perfect. I really love these. :)
