Shorts defective AGAIN

Shirt is great. Shorts are not. NOT THE RIGHT FIT. Size is same as ones that were defective but NOT the right size. These ones are either children’s or cut wrong!! Need REPLACEMENT AGAIN!!!

  • Clearly not the replacement I ordered. Received left shorts, right ones are the correct size. Had returned them as defective (ripped up as soon as son put them on) and was given children’s (?) shorts??

I'm very disappointed in the quality of the 405 shorts there must be something wrong because i have had several pr.that get a small hole above the corners of the rear pockets at least 4 pr. This is so unlike levi to have such poor workmanship or using poor materials i had the 505 shorts and they lasted for a few yrs. Before i had any issues a d they quit making those so the 405 has taken their place and they are not any good 🤔

Feel the Breeze ad campaign is ironic

Fabric near the zipper seam developed tear, so I can definitely “Feel the Breeze”. Fabric ripped after a month. Unable to repair. Expected better quality. Highly disappointed.

TOTALLY WRONG ORDER!

Our order is TOTALLY WRONG!!!! As you can see I ordered 4 pairs of shorts! We received 3 pairs of jeans!!!!!!!!!! Not even the waist size ordered in the shorts! Different colors. PLEASE HELP!!! I need to return these jeans and receive my original order.

Haven't Received Order Placed Over 2 Weeks Ago

Placed my order 194423340 over 2 weeks ago on 02/04 and still haven't received it as of 02/19. The last notification I received was on 02/07 stating that my order is ready for warehouse pickup. Call Levi's customer service on 02/12 to inquire about the status of my order and the rep stated that they didn't see any problems and that I should receive my order shortly. Called customer service again approximately a week later on on 02/18 to inquiry about my order again as it still hadn't been delivered. The rep again stated that they didn't see any problem with the order and that they can't do anything until 10 business days have elapsed since the last update on 02/07. 10 business days form 02/07 will be 02/21, if I don't received my order by then, and I don't expect I will, I'll have to call customer service again at which time I really hope they can resolve the issue of not receiving my order.
