I ordered tshirt along with 2 pairs of jeans but when parcel arrived no tshirt and no mention of it being out of stock but still took payment....surprised by this from levis?

Levi's cancelled my order 3 weeks after my payment for an Oasis t-shirt. No explanation given What a joke. Terrible customer service.

Not worth the sale price and it cannot be returned

Absolutely terrible fit unless you're three feet wide with Michelin man arms. I'm usually a L/XL and this shirt has sleeves that are XXXXXXXXL.

Abysmal.

I was pretty chuffed to have managed to place an order for this item, especially after missing out on tickets; imagine my disappointment when I got an email saying it was cancelled without even the courtesy of explaining why. Then imagine my sheer annoyance when I receive an email asking me to review the item that Levi’s cancelled and what I’ve never received. Clown academy. 1 star.

Order was cancelled due to the shirt being oos, even though it clearly wasn't at the time of ordering. Very poor customer service.
