The fulfilment partner of Levi's (DPD In this instance) put the cardboard box containing these on a wet floor and left it outside in the rain. Unsurprisingly the box got soaking wet, collapsed, contents of the box wet & dirty. Trying to return them but Levi's customer service being unhelpful by telling me I have to go out and buy a box to return the items in. Don't understand why I have to spend time & money sorting out a mess that Levi's created.
