Stylish and Well-Made, But the Sizing is Way Off

I really love the look and feel of the Levi's Duboce Hooded Work Jacket. The quality is impeccable. The design is versatile, with a great blend of utility and style.
That said, the sizing was a major issue for me. I ordered a Medium, fully expecting an oversized fit, but it was way beyond oversized. I was completely swimming in it. In the end, I gave it to a friend who normally wears a 2XL, and it actually fit him comfortably.
I wish the sizing was more accurate, because aside from that, it’s a fantastic piece.

Fits well from shoulder till waistline. Sleeves a little bit long and loose. Got a large size. Im 5'8" , 38" waistline at 190 lbs.

Frumpy and Oversized

I typically wear an XXL but had to return for a smaller size. The XL still fit a little big. This thing hits right at the waist line and adds a ton of bulk to the front with the overlapping pockets.

Design not match

I received a slightly different design from what is shown in the picture. Mine is washed and has a different color of hood lace (blue). It also has random stains.

How lucky

I have not received this item. But I paid for it. Thank you levi for working with Ontrac (I only have problems with this service - parcels do not arrive and the support service does not work) and does not support customers together with Ontrac!

sorry but I didn’t receive it and the money wasn’t

I didn't receive my jacket. And support is also silent, no report on the consideration of my application - only a number that has nowhere to insert. Somewhere, the courier has probably been wearing it for the 6th day already.

Jacked up sale prices by canceling item charges CC

First they supposedly listed items that don't really have in stock offer an attractive sale then cancel items so the price gets jacked up and they charge you whatever they want having the original order you signed up for disappear so bogus. AVOID. My original price including all three items that I ordered and tax was a little over $170 after the offer they cancelled the item and billed me $160 for only two items no managers or supervisors have time to talk to you I wasted 1hr 45min for nothing... it will be cheaper to just order again but I won't get the items on time also I'd have to return the ones the sent without consulting if I still wanted an incomplete order really? Are you going to pay for my time and money... LEE Wrangler and even GAP have better costumer service
