Do Levi’s® jackets run small?

In general, Levi’s® jackets run true-to-size. Some styles, however, have an intentionally oversized or shrunken fit. If that's the case, we'll call it out in their description. If you like having extra room, we recommend going a size up—especially if you plan on wearing a hoodie or thicker sweater underneath. A relaxed-fit jacket is another great option. Like Levi’s® jeans, each jacket style has its own unique fit. Here are a few of our most popular: - TRUCKER JACKETS: A Levi's® original since 1967, our classic Trucker Jacket fits structured, comfortable and tailored to your standard size—maybe even a little snug. Again, if you like a looser fit, you may want to size up. - VINTAGE-FIT TRUCKER JACKETS: These have a comfy, relaxed fit with a little more room in the shoulders and sleeves than our standard Trucker. Do Levi's® jackets shrink?

Levi’s® denim jackets are made with prewashed, preshrunk denim to minimize shrinking during washing—but we do recommend using cold water and line drying as an extra precaution. Jackets made with other fabrics, such as linen or corduroy, may require special attention to prevent unwanted shrinking. If you machine wash and dry your clothes, consider sizing up when buying your jacket. Overall, we recommend washing all Levi’s® jackets in cold water and avoiding bleach. To keep your jacket from shrinking and give you years of wear, here are some care tips based on material: - Trucker Jackets (100% cotton denim): Air dry or dry flat to maintain shape. Wash infrequently, spot treat if needed and turn inside-out when washing. - Cotton linen jackets (cotton/linen blend): Do not dry clean.
