Recently purchased the first pairs of 501s that I've owned since high school. They are comfortable, just like I remembered. They are quality, just like I remembered. And, they look great, just like I remembered. Very happy with this buy.

Couldn't pass these up during a final sale. Waist fits well mainly because of the stretch, and the drape on legs seems slightly slimmer (a good thing for me) due to the stretch. My too skinny legs swim a little in a straight leg, otherwise. I think this pair helps me calibrate sizing for my next 501 variations as well. Will probably get 501 slim taper with selvedge next in the same size (in low stretch) and size up by 1-2 in width and length in non-stretch to allow some room to shrink. This pair shrank a tiny bit in cold water wash, tumble dry low, then stretched back out to fit well. Only thing with any denim with stretch is they seem to pull out of shape pretty quickly after only 2 wears compared to non-stretch denim. Comes with the territory. Overall these 501s are fantastic.

The perfect jean if you are looking for that retro 80s style, the sizing is quite accurate, maybe slightly on the smaller side, but no complaints.

Fits well, classic look and comfortable. The buttoned fly takes a little getting used to but works well.

I used to wear 501s back in the 90s and always loved them. The last few years has been mainly 511s but I had recently bought another pair of 501s and fell back in love with them again.

I’ve been getting back into wearing jeans again after years of chinos. You honestly can’t go wrong with a good pair of 501s.
