About this Style
An homage to the ultimate thrill-seekers of the '50s: bikers. Our 1955 501® jeans have a distinct “anti-fit” (or, slightly looser cut that stands in opposition to slimmer and skinnier styles) in the seat, as well as slightly fuller cut around the leg and an overall boxier silhouette. This version of the 501® still retains some classic features of its 1947 predecessor: belt loops as the only method of waist adjustment, hidden copper rivets on the back pockets, and a zinc button fly.
We pay tribute to the epitome of American rebellion with these 1955 501® Original jeans—an archival reproduction of their jeans of choice, crafted in premium selvedge denim.

- We worked with a Japanese artisan mill to painstakingly recreate 1950s Levi’s® selvedge denim
- Two back pockets with concealed rivets
- We made this garment with organically grown cotton
- These jeans are Shrink-to-Fit™, meaning you control the shrinkage yourself, which allows the denim to conform to your unique body. The payoff is a pair of jeans with a custom-made fit. No tailor necessary.
- These durable selvedge jeans were woven on a traditional narrow-width shuttle loom—making them highly covetable. Roll up the cuff to show off the selvedge ID.

Very nice wash for LVC 1955

Wagoner wash on this LVC 1955 gives a nice smoky touch and just a dash of fading. Looks naturally aged. For me who likes unwashed jeans, this wash is quite impressive. Really nice 12 oz. denim from Japan.

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeet pair of jeans and superb quality.
I got the size 36 waist 32 leg and they fit fine so dont size up to account for shrinkage as mine didn't shrink much at all and their still kind of a loose fit.
All in all great jeans and i will be getting another pair soon.

He adquirido los Levi’s LVC 501 1955 y puedo decir sin duda que es una de las mejores inversiones en denim que he hecho. La calidad del vaquero es excepcional: confeccionado en denim selvedge premium 100 % algodón, con una construcción totalmente sin elasticidad que transmite solidez y carácter desde el primer momento. Esta versión reproduce fielmente los detalles clásicos de 1955, con costuras impecables, rivets ocultos auténticos y bragueta de botones, lo que eleva la prenda a un nivel de artesanía que pocas veces se ve en vaqueros modernos. Great fit good material. 1955 silhouette is so good a little retro but feel modern and good for 2026. Japanese denim and wash are also done well on these.

Pantalones equivocados, Servicio Pésimo

Compré unos 501 Lvc 1955 wagoner en rebajas y me enviaron otros pantalones de menor calidad con la etiqueta cambiada de estos. Nada mas verlos me di cuenta de que los acabados no eran los mismos y el mismo día procedo a la devolución. El paquete lleva una semana en el almacén de Levis y aun no me han enviado ni el reembolso ni siquiera un mail de confirmación de que han recibido el paquete de vuelta. Si les contactas por wsp te responde una IA. Un servicio Pésimo
