Bought western boots and these pants. Match made in heaven. Read a tip to go for a length longer than you normally wear and I love them like this. They sit on the boot perfectly, and I don’t look like I wearing a diaper. Sits at the waist not down around your hips. Great jeans.

517 Bootcut Jean - AWESOME!

I purchased the 517 Bootcut jeans for a guy who is 31x34 and always very hard to find his size. This is the only jean that really fits his shape and are the most comfortable. He's a mechanic and can actually work in these. I would highly recommend this jean. He won't wear anything else!!

FINALLY got the correct Bootcut 00517 2017 in Dark Wash and with the crease down the legs. I've been wearing Levi's and this style for over 60 years. This style was not always available.

These jeans are about 70% cotton and 30% polyester. Most of the bad reviews are from folks who didn’t read the “compostion & care” portion of the item description. This particular Dark Blue wash is made more like they did in the old days. The cotton portion is rigid. It’s a good idea to buy a size up in the waist. Super high quality thick jeans. They come with an ironed crease down the center of the legs, so be aware of that as well. I love the way these fit. One of the only pairs of jeans I don’t have to wear a belt with.

I recently purchased these jeans for my husband. He is very difficult to shop for due to his height and size - - he's a tall one. I have to say that my husband absolutely loves them! The jeans were washed before he wore them, and they fit perfectly after the wash and dry plus they are super comfortable. These jeans are perfect for long hours of outdoor work. We love Levi's at our house. The wash and cut of these are great. I can't say much to the fit because unfortunately I did not request the correct size. Levi's last forever, are very durable and don't over stretch like other jeans. They are very comfy.

These jeans are great except I read they would shrink so I washed them. They don’t shrink. Now I have to give them away because they are to long and my sewing machine won’t sew that thick material for the hem.
