These jeans are about 70% cotton and 30% polyester. Most of the bad reviews are from folks who didn’t read the “compostion & care” portion of the item description. This particular Dark Blue wash is made more like they did in the old days. The cotton portion is rigid. It’s a good idea to buy a size up in the waist. Super high quality thick jeans. They come with an ironed crease down the center of the legs, so be aware of that as well. I love the way these fit. One of the only pairs of jeans I don’t have to wear a belt with.

I recently purchased these jeans for my husband. He is very difficult to shop for due to his height and size - - he's a tall one. I have to say that my husband absolutely loves them!
