These jeans are durable and fashionable. I ordered a 14 slim for my son, and must say they fit a bit slimmer than other slims I've bought for him. Overall, they are well made and my son seems to love them. So win, win for Mom! :)

sizing lingo confusing

Bought for grandson who is 10 years old and skinny. The waist tag said size 10 Reg, but tagging on front said it was slim so we took a chance. Upon trying them on the leg length and leg sizing looked good but waist size was about 2 -3 inches too large. So I don't know why SLIM was even put on packaging. Also we shopped in the store and we didn't see ANY slim pants for kids. I was disappointed. They have to be returned and something substituted.

I bought two pairs of these pants in the khaki color same sizes for my twelve year old to wear as uniform pants for school. I noticed that the material look and feel different and one pair is slightly larger than the other pair which is weird and they supposedly be the same pants also very thin fabric not denim jeans material at all .

the website says they're straight leg, but the tag says they are slim fit and they definitely are slim! Too bad, they are really nice jeans. Now that I see them, I assume 511 refers to a slim fit.
