Worst customer service I have ever received.

I have not received this item and after communicating with Levi's multiple times about this item, NO ONE will respond or explain where it is, if I will get it, and if not, if I will get a refund.
There was an item in the package that I received that I did not order and I tried to send it back which I thought would be the right thing to do I told them about their mistake, asked about the status of the sling bag, and all I can see is that Levi's is obsessed with getting the mistaken item back but not about their customer who did not get an item she paid for and did not get.
I have never had such a selfish response from a company regarding a customer service concern.
