I had a very disappointing experience with the Levi’s staff. They did not treat me well. I purchased a shirt on June 1st and went back on June 3rd to exchange it because the logo was not visible. However, the staff were uncooperative and unprofessional. They gave me conflicting information. First, they said exchanges were not allowed. When I asked for a refund, they refused. Then they claimed they didn’t have any other shirts to exchange at that branch. I suggested they deliver the correct item to my home they refused again. Then, they claimed that the shirt was not available at all. When I checked the Levi’s website right in front of them, she was surprised, and then told me I could go to another branch to exchange it.This happened in Paris, at La Défense around 6 or 7 pm. I said call other branch if they have it. I honestly feel that they treated me this way because I wear a scarf and they assumed I was uneducated. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and discriminatory.
