A fan for years... your attention to detail including subtle differences of waist sizes, incl 32, 31, 30 etc, and also long inseams etc for those of us with hard to fit figures. and you offer variety of styles that we continue to love (skinny jeans💗) and get compliments on tho not the "newest!" .THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

They are very comfy but I would have expected better quality. I bought them in january and there is already a a hole in the crotch area.

Be careful of the one you buy! Had one that I like and bought a second one, a pale version and this one was the cheaper version. After one wash the interior deteriorated! But the one with the darker brown logo in the back, not the pale one. Make sure there is the « quality control/levis premium in the interior also!

Cheaper version of the 721

Had one that look like that so bough one of the pale version, what I though was the same one as the other 721 I already own, but the interior deteriorated after one wash. Totally not the same quality as the other one I have. You can see the Levi’s logo at the back (in brown) is not the same as tho other one and it don’t have the « quality clothing/ Levi’s prenium» etiquette in the interior so this one is the cheaper version. Don’t buy the pale version with the pale logo in the back! Go with the one with darker(seems more in leather) brown logo in the back.

Not what i expected

I bought 3 pairs of 721 jeans in different colours thinking they would be the same fit in different demin shades. This shade in particular is less cotton and more polyester. They stretch while you wear them and within a few hours you’re constantly pulling up your pants. Make sure you read the makeup of the jeans so you avoid the mistake i made.

Smell of chemicals

I purchased 3 pairs of this style a few months ago but haven't been able to wear them because of a lingering chemical smell. I emailed customer service twice about it and never received a response.

Don’t love them

Stretches out after 2 wears! They’re tight fitting out of the wash but after wearing them one or two days they sit out 2 or 3 inches away from my waist and I have to wear a belt (which looks sloppy with the extra material). It also stretches out in the knees and legs. So disappointed because they fit so well initially!
I’m tired of buying jeans that only look good for a short period of time :(.

Package missing

I have still not received my package. It's been 2 weeks and counting since I placed the order. I contacted Ontrac and they told me the package was missorted. Since then, I haven't received any update.
