_Wow_, do these look smart (in a casual way)! I pair mine with the seersucker shirt that has the same width of stripes with slightly different colors and I think that combo works even better than the checker shirt in the model pictures. I’m very pleased with the qualit of the fabric and garment construction, too! It fits perfect.

I love these, but with one caveat; they are very loose in the waist. I bought Medium, my usual size (I'm a 32-33" in waist sizing depending on the brand) and have put on a fair bit of weight recently due to pandemic-influenced lifestyle changes, and these still feel like they want to slip off my waist when tied. I wish they had a belt loop, as there's no way the drawcord will last over time, whereas the beautiful seersucker denim feels like it's built to last. I'm going to try to get another sized-down, but of course that will also enhance the crop. Ahh well.

I really liked the way these looked online and the sale price was too tempting. XL was the only size available and sometimes (unfortunately) XL works for me. Sadly, these turned out to be way too large for me. Lesson learned for future purchases. I’ll donate these to charity.
