A great pair of Levi's. The color is somewhat darker than illustrated, but still a good color. The fit was perfect. They are very confortable to wear. Could be used for dress-up or casual.

Have had a couple of pairs of Levi's 501s for years and they're starting to get too worn and frayed to wear so I figured it was time to start replacing them. I really liked the Timberwolf color and ordered a pair. I'm so glad I did. They fit beautifully and look great on me (if I do say so myself, lol). The color is really nice and they look a little "classier" I guess than standard blue. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I have been buying Levis 501 jeans forever. Great value and fit. Love the colors (gray and sand). I wish more of the 501 style jeans came in a 35in waist.

Great addition for men who don't like chinos

First of all, as stated in another review, the Timberwolf is not nearly the khaki color that is shown; close, but there is more of a green in it as well. They look fantastic and are a great way to add some variety to the denim-guy's wardrobe. Size in the waist is spot on for me... sometimes I have to size up to a 33 inch waist, but this usually ends up in a poor fit after a few days without a wash. I'd say that if you're in-between, order down because the nature of the denim is more forgiving off the block.

I have been a Levi guy for 40 plus years and strayed away in recent years when I found more inexpensive jeans to try. Only Levi's have the sturdy material feel that makes you feel like you are good to go for whatever the day and night brings your way.

The 501s fit like they did 25 years ago. I love consistency. The color will carry you from casual Friday to a night out. I wear these in place of chinos.

Great color and fit!

I was a bit hesitant to purchase these due to some reviews of varying color but I got exactly what I was hoping for (It is darker than the pic, but looks great). The fit was slightly tighter in the waist than I had expected but I have worn them several times and the fit now feels perfect. The length was great and I love the straight fit. Overall a great purchase and I am thinking of getting more!

Timber wolf 501 jeans, nice and can't beat the 501 jean for fit. Grew up with them when they only cost eight to ten bucks. Now that they are in style cost allot more these days, but still worth the money.

My husband always bought the cheap jeans at the big discount store and each pair lasted a very short time. I finally talked him into getting Levi's jeans and they last and last. With the work that he does he is very hard on his jeans. Levi's cost a lot more but they are the best quality.

Purchased these jeans for my grandson's 16th birthday and they are his favorite gift. They are his first pair of Levi's and he will definately be purchasing more products from the Levi family.

Bought these as a test of form fit and function compared to the original button fly 501 blue jeans. The fit is the same the twill material is much lighter than the denim and I will update this review with how they hold up compared to the originals.

Classic fit, modern color

This fit embraces the old school 501 feel with a new look. If you're used to the classic 501 fit, these are great. They're 100% cotton, so they don't have any stretch in them at all. Personally, I prefer a little stretch for comfortability, but the cotton will stretch out to your body as you wear them. They aren't as roomy in the seat and thigh as many other straight legs, and they end up looking a little looser than what I am used too. They still do create a cool and stylish look.

I only bought these because Levi’s quit selling their Workwear jeans. I wish they would bring them back because none of their other jeans are anywhere near as tough and well made as their Workwear utility jeans. These 501s are good, I like the fit

My sons love these jean, they fit great but.... they don't come in rich colors such as the hunter green's, reds, and chocolates - this is the only reason it did not get 5 stars.
