Ho ordinato un jeans Levi's 512, per i miei gusti, favoloso, ad un prezzo non stracciato, ma regalato! I jeans mi calzano come fatti su misura da un sarto, è stato semplice pagare, mi sono arrivati a casa dopo due giorni lavorativi, con il corriere migliore al mondo (secondo me), UPS! Sinceramente, non so cosa consigliare per migliorare, perché se fosse tutto sempre così, sarebbe il massimo, non migliorabile!

Their customer service was excellent! I was able to get on chat and talk to someone within 30seconds at 10am on a Saturday.I was having troubling getting my order due to covid19 restrictions & delays and they ended up letting me keep the pants as a courtesy and refunding the full amount too. Hands down the best service I have ever had in years. Definitely a loyal and regular customer from now onwards. The levis 512 is my go to fit and there is something about this particular jeans that I can't find the same fit even at levis! But this pair is just perfect straight till the knee and tapers down to the ankle with a nice snug fit!
