I am very impressed with theses jeans , look good and stylish on my son (40) and my husband 71 .
With these jeans you can buy the size you are 32 instead of 34 to allow for the expanding belly

I got the Levi’s 511 Slim Fit Jeans in the Frog Eye wash for my son- size 30x34, and they fit perfectly. He is tall 6'3 and thin 140 lbs and Levi’s is one of the few brands where he can actually find jeans that fit. The denim has a little stretch, so they’re comfortable.

Fabric blend with that bit of stretch is amazing, extremely comfortable and flattering.
Very accurately fits to your size, however, unless you're seriously gym pumped with a super tight trim waist, I would recommend the 2nd option with a bit more stretch.
Levi's is still the best.
