I sized up for these since I like a roomier leg in shorts plus another review said the black runs a bit smaller anyway and I’m glad I did. The waist still fits great so they’re not falling off. They are a bit stiff feeling (again why a size up isn’t a bad idea). They frayed a bunch after first wash which I liked although I trimmed the frays.

Was undecided between these and the 501

…and the 501, high rise, mid thigh length shorts (which I thought I’d prefer) and loved this length. And you can roll them up to be mid thigh for a super cute look. I found they leg width is more fitted on these vs a wider leg look w the 501’s.
