Boxy shirt with terribly cut sleeves

Buyer beware: this top is NOT long sleeved, as advertised, and it's huge/boxy. My arms are not particularly long, but the sleeves end well above the wrist, which looks ridiculous, and the top hangs on the body like a tent. The only redeeming quality is that the material is nice, but that's no consolation as the sleeves and shape are so absurd that I cannot actually wear it. And because they offered a modest discount, they refused to even entertain an exchange. Terrible customer service, poor product description. I have been a good online and in-store Levi's customer but never again, based on this experience.
