The fabric is very soft, stretchy, and incredibly comfortable to wear. It feels great on the body, and the overall fit is very flattering. Highly recommend!

Soft and flattering, but…

So I ordered this top in two colors, the black and dark red. I thought they were cotton but when they arrived I found out they are mostly viscose which just meant I had to be careful when washing and make sure to hang dry. So far I have washed both of them a couple of times and I dont think they have shrunk at all but they have little pills all over. I still love the fit and they are comfortable but I wouldn’t buy them again.

Be sure you want it bc customer service wont help

This item might receive a 4- or 5-star review, but I cannot recommend it after my experience with Levi’s customer service. I accidentally placed a double order (my bad, the order confirmation went to spam) and realized too late to cancel the second order. No problem, I thought, Levi’s allows returns… big mistake! They allowed my return, but did some tricky thing where they sent me a gift card instead of crediting the order my original payment—essentially they decided they wanted to keep my money. I called customer service BUT (1) I could barely hear the first guy due to poor tech, then called back and had tech issues with the second guy that he was able to fix, and (2) after 30 min on the phone, he said he couldn’t do anything to fix my issue and credit my card, and finally (3) he wasn’t able to pass me off to someone who could help, but his manager will supposedly call me back in 2-3 business days.
Probably at an inconvenient time when I can’t talk and only to tell me they can’t help. Good job Levi’s, you successfully stole my money. I cannot recommend shopping with this company, even if I can recommend the item. Best to find it somewhere else, like Macy’s, where the customer service is not a scam.

Be sure you want it because customer service sucks

I actually really liked this shirt, and I would give it five stars, but my experience with Levi’s customer service was so poor, I cannot recommend buying it. When I first placed my first order, the confirmation went to spam, so I placed another and accidentally ended up with two shirts. I returned the second one, intending for the money to go back to my credit card. Levi’s did a sneaky thing where they sent me a gift card instead, essentially allowing them to keep my money. I called customer service to get this fixed. I was on the phone for a half hour before the agent told me he couldn’t help. I asked to speak to someone else, and he told me his manager would call me in 2-3 business days. I am annoyed about the wait, but I am sure that if I miss this call (if they call when I’m in a meeting), I’ll miss the opportunity forever, and they probably won’t even be able to help. Some “customer service.” Just gove me the money I spent in error and maybe I’ll want to shop with Levi’s again! Otherwise, fat chance I’ll be recommending people buy anything from you!
