Great quality but ZERO stretch. I am 5’9 190 lbs and normally wear a 32 waist and 30 length, which is what I ordered however the pants are really snug on me, so I suggest size up.

These are a looser fit, could possibly even go down a size if you want a super snug hold you in feel. I originally ordered a 26 & they could have worked for that baggy denim look that is in right now. But the waist was gapping pretty bad. 25 fit perfect while still being very comfortable, could have done a 24 if I wanted them to really hold me in.
