The sleeves are too short

I bought size L, I am a man 5'8" and the sleeves are too short for me, no way it would fit men who are 5'11" or taller. The sleeves are 24.5" long, which is abnormally short for size L men's sweatshirts! The sweatshirt's body is very long unproportional to the sleeve length which are abnormally short for a men's L. This Sweatshirt (in Size L) garment measurements: Back length (from highest point of shoulder) 29", chest (armpit to armpit) 25", sleeve length (from center back neck) 34", sleeve length 24.75", shoulders 19.25".
