These shorts are true-to-fit, just like the 501 Original Fit Lightweight Jeans. I'm 5'9", and the shorts land just above the knee. These are much better than any pair of cutoffs. Not that I expected them to be, but the color isn't completely white. See attached photo. Left to Right: Dark Lane - Black Late Edition - Dark Wash 3Pm In Soma - Medium Wash Light Thread - Light Wash Bright Smile - White The white shorts are sitting on top of a brand new, never worn white cotton oxford shirt.

Awesome shorts, great price

I got an email from Levi’s told me to come take a look at the website so I did. I looked at the sale tab and lo and behold my favorite 501 shorts 9 inch on sale $17. How can you go wrong with $17 shorts I bought six pair altogether stocking up till next year I love these shorts. They’re awesome old-school button fly. They’re long enough so that you don’t look weird great materials in their lightweight. It’s not as thick as regular 501 Gene material but you don’t want that in a short in the summertime in Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas. I’ll buy these every year until they make something better but I haven’t found anything I like better keep up the good work Levi’s. I love your stuff. My favorites now are the 511 and 512s if you think about it, maybe you should bring back the 513s the slim straight jeans for us guys I would like to wear boots every once in a while.
