Love but a little scratchy

Love this coat. It’s so warm and so many pockets. Collar inside neck is scratchy though.

Honestly this jacket not only looks great but when wearing, feels like a soft hug. I love it. Sometimes the double sided zipper can feel a bit finicky but that's just a detail.
