The product is good. My clothing is 50%is levis But this time I bought the vest the wrong size L n I requested to M siE but not allow A bit disappointed.

Am 6'1" and weigh 197. I wear a long sleeve shirt, shoulder holster under a Fox Creek Leather Jacket. Was certain I would need a XL but went with the Large because of the reviews. The Large worked well, XL would have been too big, no doubt. 4 star only because I wish Levi's were still made in the USA.

The vest is really nice, excellent quality, although the size was a bit bigger than expected compared to the same size in ahe denim jackets.

Vest is obnoxiously too large. I am 220lbs, 6’-2” and wear an XL or 2XL depending on the shirt. I ordered a large, based on reviews, and I swim in it. Vest is good but I can’t wear this and will end up needing a medium (haven’t wore a medium since 11 years old). Bought it on a sale day. So now I have to pay regular price.

The product is acceptable. The customer service is not. I ordered the Trucker's Relaxed Denim Vest for men 4 days ago. I received a text message from the worthless OnTrac shipping company stating that they could not deliver to my company business address and needed more delivery instructions. I provided detailed instructions yesterday via chat with OnTrac. The shipment was listed as "Out for Delivery" all morning today. I received another text message that OnTrac could not deliver for the second time. I contacted them and got on a very similar merry-go-round of non-existent help. I asked them to change the deliver address and was told I needed to contact Levi for consent. The website said that I would have needed to change the delivery address within one hour of placing the order This is impossible since it was days later that OnTrac indicated they couldn't deliver. I finally found a phone number for Levi customer support and the agent told me that you cannot change the address and that I would have to cancel the order, get a refund in about 7-14 business days, then place a new order with the new delivery address included. He further told me that you cannot deliver to a business address. What a joke! Nowhere on your website does it say that you cannot deliver to a business address! This is the worst customer service (no customer service actually) that I have ever received in my life, both from OnTrac and from Levi. I have been a fan of Levi denim clothing for many years, but I am not a happy customer and not a fan at this moment. This entire experience has left a very bad impression to what is supposed to be a valued customer
